Cancelation and refund policy: In the situation where the event is forced to cancel due to forces beyond our control the OMG Community will consider the circumstances at the time and decide to either postpone and reschedule or to cancel the event. At this point we do not have a strict refund policy for this eventuality and we will consider refunds on a case by case basis. Most likely if the event is cancelled we will issue refunds.
If you choose to cancel your attendance: If you bought a ticket, but for some reason you can not attend the event please let us know by emailing the event lead Berner Garvik at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can reallocate your ticket to the available pool of tickets. If we were then able to resell your ticket we will issue you a refund. If the event doesn’t sell out we will ask you to donate the value of your ticket to the OMG Community. OMG Community is a not-for-profit, community run organisation. All funds remain inside the community and will be used to develop and further enhance future events. We are of course a friendly and approachable group of people, if you feel you are entitled to a refund due to your personal circumstances then reach out to us by emailing Berner Garvik at email@example.com. ∞ Love.
Names and name transfers: In the current climate the kommune will require that we have an accurate list of attendees, this is why we require names on all tickets. If you need to transfer a name on a ticket please email Berner Garvik at firstname.lastname@example.org. Name transfers should be completed at least 14 days prior to the event.
Age: We do not have a minimum age limit for attendees. In fact we encourage you to bring the family, there will definitely be daytime activities suitable for all the family. However, all minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult, please be aware that this is an outdoor site in nature and there are a certain amount of dangers including the fact that the event is held on an island surrounded by deep water. Alcohol and other intoxicants: When it comes to alcohol there will be no alcohol for sale at the event. Please abide by Norwegian alcohol laws. OMG is not about avoiding the hustle and bustle of everyday life to have a blast on the weekend. Our events have higher aspirations than that, and should lead to liberation and development for all involved. In fact you can dance much longer into the night if you don’t over consume alcohol. Under no circumstances will illegal substances be tolerated. Please do not bring them to the event. This event will have security in the form of volunteer rangers, if anyone is found to be causing a disturbance or nuisance for any reason we will seek to have them ejected from the event and the authorities could become involved.
